Career: Professional lawyer with 19 years of experience, under- and graduate-level teacher, exhibitor, and speaker at national and international events. His areas of specialization and professional experience include: Regime and administrative management, advice to companies in the field of state procurement, the development of audits to administrative and state procurement processes, computer law regime with advice on electronic contracting, e-commerce, and digital marketing, as well as advising companies on aspects of financial regulation and the stock market. Member of the Committee on the Teaching and Dissemination of Law in Latin America (CEDDAL) and the Ibero-American Federation of Computer Law (FIADI), with active participation in international events and congresses, author of several articles with publications in Spain, Brazil, and Peru.
